let it be known that Lewin van der Edewald, citizen formerly in good standing, is hereby remanded to the House of Surrender following repeated and dangerous conduct involving the substance commonly called dust.
The remanded party shall remain under the rule of the House until such time as its appointed confessors determine him fit to return to civic life.
Any failure to comply with this order shall be answered at the remanded party’s own peril, under Charter authority pertaining to public safety and magical disturbance.
